The Badlands Sabres are gearing up for the 2024-2025 season with the recent release of the NA3HL regular season schedule. The Sabres are set to open the season at home vs the Sheridan Hawks during the weekend of September 13th and 14th.
The following weekend the Sabres will find themselves in a home and home series vs the Gillette Wild, with the Sabres traveling to Wyoming Friday night and hosting back in South Dakota Saturday night. The Sabres will have a total of 47 games during the regular season, 22 at home, 22 on the road vs. the division, and 3 at the league showcase tournament in Blaine, MN in December.
There will be a total of 8 teams in the Frontier division, in which the top 4 will make playoffs – Badlands Sabres, Bozeman Ice Dogs, Butte Irish, Gillette Wild, Great Falls Americans, Helena Bighorns, Sheridan Hawks, Yellowstone Quake.
*The NA3HL continues to advance its players within the North American Hockey League pipeline with 37 players signing a NAHL tender agreement for the upcoming season, in addition to 27 players being selected in the 2024 NAHL Draft back on June 12th. During the 2023-24 season, 110 NA3HL alumni took the ice with their respective NAHL organizations.
