Consent By texting our opt-in keyword, submitting our sign-up form, or checking the consent box on team registration paperwork, you consent to receive text messages from Badlands Sabres Hockey at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of joining the team or participating in team activities, and is not shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on the team’s game and practice schedule (typically 1–4 messages per week during the season, more during tournaments or when schedule changes occur).

4. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Charges will vary based on your mobile carrier and plan. Badlands Sabres Hockey is not responsible for any fees your carrier charges related to receiving these messages.

5. Supported Carriers This program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may vary by carrier and is subject to change without notice.

6. How to Opt Out You may cancel text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number sending you messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from this program. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time, or text START, and we will resume sending you messages.

9. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent/legal guardian of a participating player providing consent on their behalf, to opt in to this program.

11. Disclaimer of Liability Badlands Sabres Hockey is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this text messaging program, including but not limited to missed games or schedule changes not received due to carrier issues, opted-out status, or technical failure.

12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the text messaging program after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
